能否提供一个详细的使用说明

docker-compose -f single.yml up，已经正常启用，感谢开源。 但是登陆界面后完全懵圈，能否提供一下平台使用的简单说明，包括新建比赛，添加账号，赛题，awd环境。特别是如何添加docker环境并使用，ctf的似乎docker直接提供链接就行，awd的怎么能使用docker生成多少比赛环境呢？求解

普通的题可以动态flag，平台也能成功。但如果像sql注入或者flag在配置项中这类题目，也就是flag不是一个单独的文件，如何实现动态flag？如果不能实现动态flag，怎么实现静态flag呢？（使用docker运行题目）
