Refine coordinates for Ethnographic Atlas societies, which currently have lat-long rounded to nearest integer

Work on this has begun, using either a google maps search for the specific location mentioned in a society's "subcase" field OR by returning to the primary sources used by Murdock, and searching these ethnographic texts for either coordinates or text-based descriptions of the site of ethnographic research.
