Setting window to borderless fullscreen does not adjust the internal resolution

Changing to borderless fullscreen mode, does not adjust the internal resolution (in Setting::screensize.x / .y) which results in the ui not being updated and will only draw the small portion of the screen that would be visible in the original resolution (like 800x600)
