Right Clicking Should Re-Open the UI

If you can recall, Cytopia has a feature that allows users to close the UI and unselect the item they were using after briefly right-clicking. However, I am suggesting that if a user right-clicks again after closing the UI, the UI will appear again and reselect the item they were using before.

@KINGTUT10101 What do you mean by UI? The UI is a general term for everything that you see on the screen and interactions. Do you mean the Menu? The toolbar?
