Climate lost after update

I am always losing my climate sensors if I upgrade Cozytouch from HACS. I am always restoring backup where I am still in 1.6.1 which still works with my climate. I am using Malao devices from Sauter. I don't know what changed since 1.6.1 so my entities always gone missing after update.
