Page is being reloaded when we add a new issue.

Repeat the steps 1 & 2 of this issue and when step 2 is completed, the page reloads instead of fetching the latest data from the endpoints.

Expected behavior The page should not reload in a Single Page Application.

This is present in two places in the codebase

  • issue.component.ts
  • details.component.ts
