Toggle-able filters in terminals / portable terminal

Short description:

The ability to have some filter cards in the terminal that can be toggled on and, so common items can be easily accessed (IE, making new part of base -> enable card and see cables, readers, writers, interfaces. Building, enable and see bricks, concrete etc.)

So basically you'd want checkboxes next to each of the 3 variable card slots currently in the storage terminal GUI?
