[feature request] Add config for changing inventory size

Short description:

I was making a modpack and the colossal chests where a bit overpowered. I was hoping for a config that adds an inventory size multiplier or something to turn down the inventory size. A 3x3x3 wooden colossal chest can hold like three thousand different items (probably not that much but you know what I mean). And its dirt cheap... (wood cheap that is). I will probably start out by making the recipie more expensive but I would still like a feature like this to be implemented.
