[Defect]: Inconsistent use of copyright

Copyright, as it appears in components/services, is a simple text field. In evidence, copyright is an array of objects, where each object has a text property that holds the copyright. I think this is the correct approach and I'd like the change the copyright on the component to mirror that of what's supported in evidence.
