Support for blob component type

Related to #440

A given component identified by a purl could contain sub-components that could be identified by granular blobs. For instance, an swhid could map to five kinds of swh object identifiers as explained here

Blob is a generally understood term (and a noun) that can be used as a type to track such granular components.
