BC: remove deprecated `metadata.manufacture`

followup of https://github.com/CycloneDX/specification/pull/379

Via CDX 1.6 we deprecated metadata.manufacture in favor of metadata.component.manufacturer. Therefore, the deprecated field metadata.manufacture shall be removed.
