Feature request: provide a page with all posts by a user

Many forums let you read all posts by a user, this could be surfaced on DFeed by clicking on the user's name.

DFeed now has full text search, which allows searching by an author's name.

I've implemented a profile page as you described, but ran into the difficulty that all mailing list users have the same email address (Mailman does not expose users' real emails, and not even allows differentiating users by anything other than name). And we've had several name collisions on the forum already.
