"new coin release" simulation

In addition to #117: Maybe, once basic unit testing works, it is possible to add some kind of "Coin release"-simulation which uses test data to run the bot. This would make sure that the buy/sell behaviour works after every new commit.

This is for sure a thing that can't be added easily currently and is mostly just an idea at this point. If anyone has thoughts/ideas or concerns I would love to hear them.
