Denied photo access when not on localhost.

The application works great on local computer, however, when I installed it on AWS EC2 instances, I have an error message on the page:

You have denied camera access. Look for camera icon around your address bar to change your decision.

I'm using Chrome (same version works on localhost, and doesn't work on public IP). In Chrome the parameter of Webcamera is not blocked, but ask for a permission.

this is happening in my local server. It shows that "Your browser does not support this camera"
