Make Barrels and Bins ISided

Allow insertion in the top of the barrel and extract from the bottom. No side faces.

Let's make bins ISided as well as adding a config option in main to disable this. Should the pack start to become too easy, I would like to disable this.

Also, if the barrels/bins could only eject the end product from the bottom that would be great! So, you could place a hopper on the bottom but the added mixing ingredients will remain in there without getting flushed.

Other ideas are welcome.
