Hammer Mill and Water Mill Issues

Honestly not sure how to explain this one simply so I'm going to ramble.

Placing a hammer mill, attaching a crank, dropping in cobble, turning crank... good. Produces gravel.

Now remove crank, attach shaft to water mill, drop in cobble... bad. Nothing happens. It spins forever and nothing is ever produced.

Then there is the issue of the water wheel not spinning the correct direction when water is placed on a certain side.

Would be nice to have the kinetic crank convert the speed of the water mill rotations to a slightly higher rotation speed on the side of the shaft. Y'know, gearing. It's kinda slow.

So:

• [ ] Fix hammer mill / shaft / water mill bug.
• [ ] Fix water wheel rotation animation.
• [ ] Increase kinetic crank rotation speed on the side of the shaft.
