Intended or not: Table sieves can be used as a cheap hopper

Table sieves can be used as a cheap hopper with unsiftable items - it takes what you put in and then sends it to the inventory below. Probably also affects the hammer mill and maybe the metal press (haven't checked those personally yet).

Reporting this in case you consider this unintended or an exploit that needs to be corrected.

Not sure how to circumvent this. Reduce the stack limit?
