Normal Users (Non Admin) cannot use !link command

Hi there. Thanks for the amazing bot. On my server i was trying to let my users add themself to the watching role using the bot, but the bot always reply to anyone that it's not admin "You don't have permission to use !link command"

Anh idea on how to fix it if possibile?
