Parallel audio playback method

Looks like parallel audio playback is Phase 6 here https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+14+Project+-+URI+Media+Playback .

Any way to do this without text/uri-list support?

Not natively, anyway, no. We can, I believe, manually and separately play each... but this isn't a high priority feature.
