Add support for zwave

Zwave is a famous wireless technology.

In Home Assistant 11.7% of its users use it.

I've updated the zwave package to use dart:ffi and it now runs on Dart SDK 2.18. Please let me know if that helps.

Wonderful this will now let us continue and work on support for Z-Wave. Currently I don't have any Z-Wave devices, but in the future I intend to buy some in order to test support with your package.
