Places to host GDPS
Github only allows for hosting of static webpages, which means no you sadly cannot. Php has access to system features, server-sided functions, files and more which you cannot use on github pages. Free hosts tend to be picky on game servers and shut them down either way so you should consider going for a cheap but reliable host instead either way.
7m pl if you want it based on Europe, x10hosting if you want it on the USA, though you can do more on x10hosting, like email, and more stuff. If mods allow me, i could send my gdps as an example...

Well it seems that a lot of free hosts including infinityfree are owned by iFastNet. I didn’t test it for gdps, but you could get banned if you use game scripts (gdps). I’m not sure. What I’m sure is that I got banned for making a link shortener which didn’t break any of their rules?

it's not about being banned, infinityfree only allows web browser access to their websites therefore you can't have a game server there, this is said by the owner of infinityfree himself
