How do i fix VIP list and Description bug?

How do i fix VIP list and Description bug? For some reason VIP list is blank and description is also blank.

description is blank on non-copyable levels if you're not running the latest version, vip list is blank if you don't have any roles with priority higher than 0

actually seems that the fix for the desc bug hasn't made it into master yet, so unless you wanna run the untested branch (not recommended), you're probably gonna have to wait a few days before i can verify that the other changes in that branch don't break stuff
