I have epic ratings as 1

In the rate command:

!rate (Difficulty) (Stars) (Verify Coins 0/1) (Feature 0/1)

To actually epic a level, do the command !epic.

BTW, if it said the comment upload failed, that means the command worked, if the comment was posted, that means you did the command wrong

can u use a command to give ppl mod? or is it only on PHPmyadmin because 7m.pl is acting up.

AFAIK No, you need the SQL database.

the sql database is offline. aka sql2.7m.pl

Did you put in the IDs? They are meant to be in a format like this

(ID),(ID),(ID)
Ex: 128,138,140

if you know php, you can also create a webpage that will give someone mod if you type in a certain account id
