ACSE Deletes my Save File - GameCube (USA)

I'm currently using ACSE to edit my GameCube town, but when I try to import the save file back into my memory card, it acts as though the save file was never even there, and starts me at the beginning of the game. The file name is 01-GAFE-DobutsunomoriP_MURA_d.gci As youc can see, compared to my other two games here, there is no banner, nor is there a title. Only the filename appears.
