Add an option to get the cake cape

There is an anniversary event in the game which you can unlock a cape with. I missed the opportunity to get it so I was wondering if there was a way to unlock it or remove it?

This will require some code changes to allow modifying cosmetics for a character. Some day when I get around to it, I will add that feature.
