A Fast MTproto based Group Management Bot for Telegram

Currently work fine perfectly. Please report a bug to me if you facing any issues. Any PR or fixes are welcome

Configuration

• requires Python3.8
• Configuration file should be at butler/config.py I have already given a sample configuration to setup this bot on your own, you can rename it and work on it

Note:

Open Source Version of @butlerplusbot will not have Stickers kang module. Can't risk people kanging the code
