Gamification "Quad-ball" et al
It's fun to bash the ball around with your quad. Need to add specific game-style tasks for the player to participate in which are both fun and forces the player into batter quad control as they progress.
The obvious one here is some sort of "quad-ball" where teams of players attempt to essentially have a game of football. Slightly less obvious ones include something akin to golf, or pushing the ball to a destination or along a tricky course where they must make sure the ball doesn't fall off.
Some of these games will need the networking feature completed to work.
As a user (Matt/Klown) passed on an idea via Facebook I'll add it here as a reminder. It's an idea about slightly formalizing many peoples "copy the trick" sessions they play online. He wrote
Hey CK, Klown here. Had an idea for your sim which would be a nice addition to multiplayer and wouldn't require any new models or mechanics as such. Game of QUAD. Like HORSE in basketball, set a trick, everyone else has to copy it, if they don't they get a letter. How I see it working is the host starts the game which resets everyone to the start. The first player sets a trick whilst everyone else is viewing the setters camera. The setter can then press a key to say they have set the trick (the idea being the people watching are communicating over voice or something). Then the next person has to match it. The spectators have a vote button/letter (y/n) on screen as to whether the setter completed it. Once everyone has voted, the player either gets a letter or doesn't. The game continues until there is one play with no letters.
My friends and I currently play this in your sim with pen and paper but it would be great if it was built in and there are no other sims currently with this functionality. I hope that makes sense and I'm sure you're being flooded with ideas from people so apologies there haha! Keep up the fantastic work. Cheers
