BLE joystick (ELRS, e.g.) does not work on iOS

Similar to https://github.com/CurryKitten/CurryKitten-Sim/issues/101 but this ticket is for iOS support.

I've noticed https://github.com/lemmingDev/ESP32-BLE-Gamepad doesn't have iOS support as it only support certified MiFi HW. But perhaps there is a workaround: https://github.com/ExpressLRS/ExpressLRS/pull/2444?
