'No data available' is not shown with virtual scroll in 4.6.3 version

  1. Turn on "lazyloading"
  2. Click on dropdown
  3. Search with empty results: image

Expected result: There is "No data available" message Actual result: There is no "No data available" message

Please note that it is reproduces on the latest version 4.6.3. There is no issue in 4,2,7 version
