Ipad not loading icloud data

Describe the bug I got a new iPad and I have cubetime saved to icloud but it's been a while and it's not populating the data, it's just blank

  • Device: M4 iPad Pro 13"
  • OS: iPad OS 26
  • App version 3.0

Additional context I toggled it off and on again on the original device and now it's full wiped from both. Icloud still says it has it, but it's not getting pushed
