Rounding Bug

Describe the bug When manually inputting arbitrary times, the application rounds them to the lower centisecond (example: typing 32.91 submits 32.90)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Scroll down to input a solve
  2. Insert 32.91 (i.e.)
  3. Click “done”

Expected behavior Pretty obviously it should leave 32.91 as the inserted time.
