Spigot manifest not loading 1.20.4

I confirm:

• [x] that I am using the latest available version of AMP.
• [x] that my operating system is up-to-date.

Spigot when selected and have the spigot version to latest, it fails to download the server jar file and shows as its un-reachable. Possible new manifest for spigot

Spigot doesn't have a downloadable Jar, it needs to be built locally after downloading BuildTools (also requires git)

I was testing something and saw that latest doesn't download the build tools or anything and 1.20.3 really equals 1.20.4. ice can see it on my test server if he wants to

I was testing something that a user was doing on #minecraft to test some settings

From that error there I recon the version isn't getting parsed right and added as a CLI arg for BuildTools, what version do you have it set to?

Edit: made it further down in the log, so it managed to build 1.20.4?

I'm not seeing the issue on a new install, Windows or Linux. Seems in the log it did build though? If there's still an issue, please let me know.
