Docker CPU Count Bug

System Information

• Operating System - Ubuntu 22.04 LTS (Proxmox LXC)
• AMP version and build date - All latest versions up to Development 20240104.1
• Which AMP release stream you're using - Development

Symptoms

• What are you trying to do? Adjust Docker CPU Cores

• What are you expecting to happen? The number of logical CPUs on the machine is selectable

• What is actually happening? ('Nothing' is not an acceptable answer!) The Edit Settings popup only allows up to the physical cores to be selected.

Reproduction

Edit Settings on a Docker instance and view that it only allows you to pick the core count.
