Set container CustomMountBinds as a provisioning flag

Feature Information:

Implement the ability to set the CustomMountBinds as a provisioning flag, with the ability to reference the root of the instance itself - doing so will give the ability to expose certain parts of a docker container on instance provisioning, and open up the potential for plugins to be deployed alongside them with ease.
