Sleep function doesn't listen on IPv6

Bug Report

System Information

  • Operating System (Including distribution name and version number) Debian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye)
  • AMP version and build date (Always use the version number, 'latest' is not valid!) 2.3.4.3 12/07/2022 13:00
  • Which AMP release stream you're using (Mainline, Nightly or FastTrack) Mainline

I confirm:

  • [x] that I have searched for an existing bug report for this issue.
  • [x] that I am using the latest available version of AMP.
  • [x] that my operating system is up-to-date.

Symptoms

  • What are you trying to do? Using the sleep function for a minecraft server. Waking up the server through connect.
  • What are you expecting to happen? The server should start if I try to connect to the server.
  • What is actually happening? ('Nothing' is not an acceptable answer!) The fake server seems to listen only on an IPv4 address. My host is only reachable through IPv6. This results in the server is listed as offline in Minecraft and if I try to connect the server can't be reachable.

Reproduction

  1. Enable sleep mode for Minecraft.
  2. Put server into sleep mode.
  3. Try connecting to sleeping server via IPv6.
  4. The server doesn't start as excepted. The connect fails.

I just noticed that the Server IP Address was set to 0.0.0.0 So, I thought it could be related to this setting. I changed the setting to :: but now sleep doesn't work at all. Furthermore, I'm just getting the following error in the AMP log:

[11:09:40] [Minecraft Warning]    : AMP wasn't able to understand the response from the Minecraft server, sleep mode is not possible.
