Add Overall System Resource Usage

Feature Information:
It's been requested by multiple users in Discord to add an ability to view overall system resource usage within AMP (RAM, HDD space, CPU %). Please consider adding this to the main ADS instance layout.
I confirm:
- [x] that I have searched for an existing feature request matching the description.
Along with this it would also be cool to have a bandwidth meter, so you can see how much data egress/ingress over the month/week/day or whatever. This might need more work than just the other meters, but it would be handy to have.
Was just coming here to request this! Perhaps a dedicated tab for each ADS to show more in depth IO usage. Being able to monitor multi core CPUs as well, ie CPU usage via each core and have ability to support systems that have more then one physical CPU such as server blades. Could even add filter options to show an overlay line graph per currently running instance.
Bonus considerations :)
- Bandwidth monitor per network interface
- Disk space stats, total instance size used (maybe add a new overall amp limit that can be set by an admin for total hard drive space allowance and show this as a pie chart?)
- Uptime monitoring perhaps? (similar to UptimeRobot) that automatically tracks per instance
- Disk IO usage with optional filters for each instance (read/write/cache)
Can put these as a separate feature request but something I was thinking about a few days ago.
