Enable Importing Server Configs in Generic

Feature Information:

It would be great to allow generic configs to import settings from a config file. So the reverse of what automap currently does. It could have an option like App.ConfigImporting=True that would allow the user to right click a config in File Manager to import the settings for a game server into AMP. This could also be expanded to import on server stop to sync up any settings that may have been changed in alternative management options (RCON, web, in-game, etc.).
