Add additional functionality to lists

It would be really useful if lists had the following functionality:

1. Can be used as a string in config files including a delimiter. Loadout=gun1,gun2,gun3

2. Create duplicated lines in the config file based on one key. Loadout=gun1 Loadout=gun2 Loadout=gun3
