Add designation of config file in ConfigManifest.json

Feature Information:

Currently, the automap feature looks for a matching key in any of the listed config files. It would be useful if the configmanifest.json had an entry per input/key that allowed contributors to choose which file it goes into. Perhaps the metaconfig.json could have names or IDs designating which to associate with to avoid conflicts with variable file names.
