Fivem - server restart button fails

- AMP version and build date (Always use the version number, 'latest' is not valid!) v2.0.8.10, built 16/12/2020 04:00
- Which AMP release stream you're using (Mainline, Nightly or FastTrack) FastTrack

Symptoms
What are you trying to do? restart the game server
What are you expecting to happen? ** Shutdown, wait some seconds, delete the files in the cache sub directory, and start server**
What is actually happening? ('Nothing' is not an acceptable answer!)
In Mgmt of FiveM instance, status: Restart button press shuts down the server but never starts it again. Console displays: Rcon from [::ffff:127.0.0.1]:43174 shutdown "Server restarting..." Shutdown Requested... and hangs.
Reproduction
Install a fivem server. Once done a start a server and update it. Once in a running state hit the restart button.
Based on the number of issues posted around the restart not working (including in the MC module)... It makes me wonder, does the restart not do like the stop does where it kills it after ~30 seconds before starting again?
