Add tags/labels to backups for use in schedules

Feature Description

I would like to do some more complex backup schedules which would include cleanup,

I would like to schedule backups every 20 minutes while users are connected and have it tag the backup with a label. But I also want some longer term backups that have a longer retention. If I could use labels/tags for backups then I could have it remove the oldest backup with that same label after completing a new backup.

That would allow me to keep at least a handful of daily backups, while having a rotating backup while players are online
