What IP do you have selected when you click the pencil icon for that instance and go to the network tab?

IceOfWraith avatar Aug 02 '25 19:08 IceOfWraith

i selected every ip and still the same errors

JagerPup avatar Aug 02 '25 19:08 JagerPup

Are you running this over a VPN? Do you have a static IP set on your server?

IceOfWraith avatar Aug 02 '25 19:08 IceOfWraith

it isn't hosted on a vpn i even tried on a different machine same errors

JagerPup avatar Aug 02 '25 20:08 JagerPup

Do you have a static IP set on your server?

IceOfWraith avatar Aug 02 '25 20:08 IceOfWraith

yes

JagerPup avatar Aug 02 '25 20:08 JagerPup

Share a screenshot of the "IP Address Pool" option by searching for it in the top right of AMP.

IceOfWraith avatar Aug 02 '25 20:08 IceOfWraith

the weird thing is Minecraft servers and palworld servers will run it's just any server that uses srcds won't for some reason

JagerPup avatar Aug 02 '25 20:08 JagerPup

Not weird. There's certain logic needed to run SRCDS servers that the others don't have.

IceOfWraith avatar Aug 02 '25 20:08 IceOfWraith

Gotta get that screenshot to move forward though.

IceOfWraith avatar Aug 02 '25 20:08 IceOfWraith

what would you like a screenshot of the logs

Delete everything in there. Then restart AMP. Share the screenshot again.

IceOfWraith avatar Aug 02 '25 20:08 IceOfWraith

same info

JagerPup avatar Aug 02 '25 21:08 JagerPup

nothing changed in the screenshot

JagerPup avatar Aug 02 '25 21:08 JagerPup

Click the pencil icon for one of those instances and under the Network tab turn off "Use Host-Mode Networking" and see how it behaves.

IceOfWraith avatar Aug 02 '25 21:08 IceOfWraith

it is greayed out won't let me turn it off

JagerPup avatar Aug 02 '25 21:08 JagerPup

ok i got it to turn off on a new instance but it still throws a error

JagerPup avatar Aug 02 '25 21:08 JagerPup

Yeah, that shouldn't matter actually. Got mixed up with another support thread. I'm trying this on my end to see how it behaves.

IceOfWraith avatar Aug 02 '25 21:08 IceOfWraith

ok

JagerPup avatar Aug 02 '25 21:08 JagerPup

not sure why tf2 and gmod wants to throw errors wish they would work because they work fine in a regular .bat file to start the server and it allows players to join so not sure what is different

JagerPup avatar Aug 02 '25 21:08 JagerPup

You can't really compare the two. AMP functions extremely different from the .bat file. AMP uses the RCON and monitors the UDP logging function of the game servers. And it's in those that the original errors are coming. But that latest log you shared is different yet again. So I'm not quite following where the issue is for your setup yet.
