Webpanel and ADS Overlay are not refreshing on Windows Server 2022

I confirm that

Intended Action

On our Dedicated server with Windows Server 2022 the ADS Oberlay and the Instance are not refreshing right. I need allways to klick on the refresh button, to see new generated Instances or if the instances and servers are running or stopped.

Expected Behaviour

It should refresh after main actions

On our Dedicated server with Windows Server 2022 the ADS Oberlay and the Instance are not refreshing right. I need allways to klick on the refresh button, to see new generated Instances or if the instances and servers are running or stopped.

Reproduction

Clean install and ADS + Webpanel, fresh instance generating etc

Since 2.6.2 it does work fine again
