Remove the border when a background image is set - Branding

Feature Description

I just realized that when a background image is set on the AMP Branding, there is a big border at the top. I wish that when the background image is set, the border would automatically disappear, or you could remove it entirely.

This is what happens when a background is set, a big border is there, it's very unnecessary, unless there is an important reason that the border should be there; if not, then please remove it. :)
