"Default Mount Bindings" does nothing

Intended Action

I am trying to add default mount bindings for new instances using the setting in "Deployment Defaults" tab.

Expected Behaviour

Docker containers have the specified mount bindings after creating using the WebUI.

Actual Behaviour

Docker containers don't have the specified mount bindings after creating using the WebUI.

Reproduction

1. Install AMP
2. Change "Default Mount Bindings"
3. Create new docker instance using Web Interface
4. Check mount bindings and find out they're not there :(

#1203 was closed even though imo the main issue still remains. Why would there be a setting in the Web Interface if it doesn't apply to the Web Interface...
