to see the cpu & ram usage graphs displaying correct info

Expected Behaviour

to see graphs showing proper cpu & ram usage

Actual Behaviour

shown broken incorrect weird graphs

sometimes it works correctly ,sometimes not. i havent seen a pattern its a known issue
