Backups list showing duplicate entries after refreshing page

Symptoms

What are you trying to do?

Refresh the webpage while viewing backups for an AMP instance.

What are you expecting to happen?

That the displayed backup list is correct.

What is actually happening?

All backups show up twice in the list, which they did not before refreshing.

Reproduction

1. Create a game server within AMP.
2. Click "Manage" on the instance and go to the "Backups" tab.
3. Create a backup and wait until the process is finished.
4. Refresh the page (F5).
5. Observe that the backup appears twice in the list.
