Bug Report

System Information

  • Operating System (Including distribution name and version number) Linux, Debian GNU/Linux 12
  • AMP version and build date (Always use the version number, 'latest' is not valid!) AMP 2.5.1.4, 31/07/2024 14:33
  • Which AMP release stream you're using (Mainline, Nightly or FastTrack) Mainline

I confirm:

  • [x] that I have searched for an existing bug report for this issue.
  • [x] that I am using the latest available version of AMP.
  • [x] that my operating system is up-to-date.

Symptoms

  • What are you trying to do?

Create a Minecraft Java Edition server running on specified version b1.7.3 (old_beta)

  • What are you expecting to happen?

I am expecting to be able to click 'Update' and the instance to download this version of the minecraft server

  • What is actually happening? ('Nothing' is not an acceptable answer!)

A modal pops up saying 'Couldn't determine the URL to fetch an update from. You may need to install this server type manually.'

Reproduction

Enter reproductions steps here.

  1. Create a new Minecraft Java Edition Instance with 'Do nothing' after creation set
  2. Navigate to AMP Configuration in Instance -> Minecraft -> Server and Startup (tab)
  3. Set Release Stream to 'Specific Version' and official version to b1.7.3 (old_beta)
  4. Return to AMP Instance 'Status' page and click update

This issue appears to occur with other historical versions of Minecraft Java Edition too amongst the Alpha and Beta versions I tried.
