Symptoms
- What are you trying to do?
Create a Minecraft Java Edition server running on specified version b1.7.3 (old_beta)
- What are you expecting to happen?
I am expecting to be able to click 'Update' and the instance to download this version of the minecraft server
- What is actually happening? ('Nothing' is not an acceptable answer!)
A modal pops up saying 'Couldn't determine the URL to fetch an update from. You may need to install this server type manually.'
Reproduction
Enter reproductions steps here.
- Create a new Minecraft Java Edition Instance with 'Do nothing' after creation set
- Navigate to AMP Configuration in Instance -> Minecraft -> Server and Startup (tab)
- Set Release Stream to 'Specific Version' and official version to
b1.7.3 (old_beta)
- Return to AMP Instance 'Status' page and click update
This issue appears to occur with other historical versions of Minecraft Java Edition too amongst the Alpha and Beta versions I tried.
