Windows instances not shutting down properly

Arc:

  • Windows instances appear to not have the same level of "talking" to ADS as Linux ones do. It takes far longer to shut down a Windows instance (Seems like it has to force kill it) and have ADS confirm this. I suspect this is LIM functionality.

Dev note: This may actually be solved after the new Windows shutdown method recently. If so, there is another issue for miscommunications with LIM/RIM and this could be closed.

So far as I was aware this was fixed since now the shutdown on Windows is done via IPC.
