Send suspended server notification just once

Is your proposal related to a problem?
Provide a clear and concise description of what the problem is. For example, "I can't change x and it makes me have to do manual work"
User has received notification (both email and database) 3 times that their servers were suspended
Describe the solution you'd like
Provide a clear and concise description of what you want to happen. For Example, "Automate the changing of x so I don't have to do it manually"
Make that user will receive the notification just one time when their server(s) were suspended.

Alternative: Include atleast server name it the notification to not make users confused why they received that more times.

This is actually quite a good idea indeed
Just to make sure, the servers did have different products?
2 servers had same product, and the other 2 had different products.
So thats why it was sent 3 times, I understand.
But make it's not send more times, when the servers are suspended at one time, send it just once. When some server is suspended, wait 5 minutes if another server did not get suspended. Send the notification after 5 minutes, don't duplicate it when more servers was suspended in 5 minute period.
